'GIRLS' season 4 best moments and scenes

(Spoilers all the way)
I have mixed feelings about this season. On one hand, Hannah's storyline has been really good, really complete, Marnie's more or less has had a plot but hello¿ what about Jessa and Shoshanna? That's the only thing that i really didn't like about this fourth season, even though in the finale we got to see more of Shoshanna, but not enough. I think this season is a little bit bittersweet because it hasn't been as great as all the other ones but i believe this might be because this is a transitional season, and there are better things coming.

Anyway, as i've been done with s2 and s3 (and as i have to do someday with s1), there's no other way than to review the best moments and scenes this last season had. Let's begin!

First things first, the 'Beach House' (s3) of this season, the 'Bushwick aka the Incident' of season 1 or s2's 'Bad Friend', is definitely'Sit-In' (4x05) because, what an episode. So Hannah finally quits Iowa and her dream because she doesn't feel that's her place and doubts if she's talented enough to continue with her writing, and little did she expect what she had waiting at home. Fucking Mimi Rose. It was so heartbreaking to see how quick she was removed from Adam's life, all her belongings put into storage, and her reuniting with her stuff and falling sleep there because, she had nowhere else to go. Lucy Rose's 'Shiver' sounding was a perfect ending for this superb ep.

I had to mention as well the peak of that episode,'Sit-In'(4x05), when Hannah and Adam finally talk and say their goodbyes, it was such a mature conversation, especially coming from Hannah, who everyone expected her to go bananas and she really had a relatable, heartfelt reaction. It was truly heartbreaking, to be so open and honest even though it hurt. "But maybe don't call me kid anymore." *heart breaks*

Another remarkable moment of this season was in 'Female Author' (4x03) when Jessa and Adam get to hang out during AA meetings and outside as well, till' Jessa gets arrested for peeing on the street, and getting Adam arrested as well. But when she fails to be sorry about it Adam tells her that she's a "toxic influence". And she is, but in this season we all could witness how lonely Jessa really is, and that's why she begs him to be his friend. "I really need you to be my friend." I really like their friendship and let's hope we'll see more Adam and Jessa in future seasons, or at least Jessa having a storyline.

In the 'Triggering' (4x02) ep we get to have fun with Hannah and Elijah in Iowa, "I hate everyone who isn't you," he tells her. Elijah is a breeze of fresh air for Hannah as she doesn't seem to fit in there. Also, she shows her concern to fail and disappoint everyone when she calls her parents and not so randomly mentions suicide.

The 'Female Author' (4x03) episode had also a great scene, that's when Elijah tells Hannah that when he quit his Broadway dream he felt a great relief, and that makes Hannah start to reconsider her drive as a writer and if she's really made for it, "Nobody likes what they do", so why should Hannah? This talk is similar to the one she has with her dad in'Cubbies' (4x04) where he tells her that she has to do what it makes her feel good and any decision she takes is the right one for her.

The revelation that Hannah has to Mimi-Rose in 'Ask me my name' (4x07) is where she admits that her frustration and lack of confidence was what made her leave Iowa in the first place and give up writing, and we get to see how she's not all that happy about it. She's embracing conformism because it's the only thing she is good at right now, and that is a little sad. It's growing up's worst nightmare, having to work in something you don't feel passionate about, and that's what is happening to her. It was also tough to Hannah to see how Adam had replaced her for a better version of her (a successful artist who's also writing a book), and how Mimi Rose is artistically everything Hannah aspires to be.

A really heartfelt moment season four had was when in the 'Sit-In' (4x05) episode Marnie visits Hannah after her split from Adam and reassures her that she's gonna be there for her. Suddenly, Marnie being a good friend, and that was refreshing to see. And that scene makes us go back to season 1 and the awesomeness that was the ending of episode 3 'All Adventurous Women Do' and hinting to that very great 'Sex and the City' quote: "Maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people to have fun with."

In the last ep of the season 'Home Birth' (4x10) there's a very great moment when Ray tells Desi that he fucking hates him. I didn't think there could be a more annoying character than Marnie but there's Desi. Ray telling him that he had treated Marnie as shit and that he would probably continue to do so was so on point i had to clap my hands for Ray. It's not that i want him with Marnie, but i love how true to himself that he is. He's probably my fave from the show so i'm rooting for him always.

About the finale 'Home Birth' (4x10) i actually liked it, Caroline's birth plan was very funny (with Jessa taking charge) and Laird and her naming their baby girl Jessa-Hannah Bluebell Poem was something really sweet. I also liked when Shoshanna talks to Hermie (Ray's boss) and he convinces her not to miss a job opportunity like Japan for a man. Some wise words there for little Shosh. The peak moment though is when Adam tells Hannah that he and Mimi Rose are over and that he misses her (as we all knew he would do). I was so relieved to see how she didn't take him back, not because she didn't want to but because he didn't deserve it after treating her as a disposable thing.

I think season 5 is gonna be even better than this last season and better things are coming, imagine Shoshanna coming back from Japan, Marnie being dumped again and Jessa actually having a plot, so exciting! Despite not having as many heartfelt moments as the previous seasons had, let's hope the next one gets back to what it used to be, and well, a little more Spike Jonze won't hurt.

'Looking's season 2 best moments and scenes

Terrible, terrible news from HBO, 'Looking' has been cancelled and all its viewers are really devastated. Andrew Haigh's series has been so acclaimed and so good that this seems unfair, rushed and disappointing. HBO has announced that they're gonna shoot a movie special to wrap up all stories but fuck you very much HBO, a show this great doesn't deserve an ending like this.

Anyway, as there's no other way, and as i had already planned to do, here there are 'Looking's season 2's best moments and scenes which is something bittersweet to make now. I'm so frustrated with this cancellation, fuck you HBO.

Spoiler-fest after the cut!
Beginning with the beginning, an episode that i really enjoyed and that was a great return for season 2 was 'Looking for the Promised Land' (2x01) where our three dear friends alongside Doris go to a cabin to relax and instead end up at a party in the woods, and it was fantastic. Not only because Agustin met Eddie without minding his House In Virginia situation, but also because they all went loose. A crucial moment during the fest was when Patrick sees a Richie lookalike and makes out with him. But when after that, he makes a call to meet someone in the woods, we all expected Richie to come but it was fucking Kevin. I liked though, when the following morning he came clean with Dom and Agustin and told them about his affair with his boss. And i had to mention the super great song from Sister Sledge 'Lost in Music' that appears in the ep and i absolutely adore:

A great scene and a great episode this second season had was 'Looking for a Plot' (2x07) that starts with the news of Doris' dad passing away. Patrick and Dom accompany her on a trip to his funeral and they stay at a local motel (one that Doris had always wanted to stay in) and they have fun in the swimming pool and cherish life and make the best situation out of a sad trip while eating KFC. Also, when they all go to the graveyard so Dom can finally confess to his dad that he's gay but he's unable to find his grave, Patrick's idea to just shout it out to the whole cemetery was a fantastic idea. They crashed their car soon after but the moment was pure happiness for him.

About Agustin and Eddie, i like how Agustin has grown on me in this second season, and that's because of Eddie's fault (Daniel Franzese who i loved in 'Mean Girls'). The moment in 'Looking for Truth' (2x05)when they're dancing to CeCe Peniston's 'Finally' and finally kiss was superb. Also, i really loved when in the finale 'Looking for Home' (2x10) Eddie asks him to be his boyfriend. And this ep also brought us this great cover of 'Finally' that i really loved:

Regarding Patrick's and Richie's relationship it was really great when they reconnected in 'Looking Down the Road' (2x04) and want to remain friends, being open to each other, especially Patrick confessing his affair with his boss and talking about their dads and how they don't accept their homosexuality. The peak of this ep was when Richie tells Patrick: "I would be very sad if you weren't in my life anymore" melting our hearts forever.

I also really liked the 'Looking for Gordon Freeman' (2x06) where Patrick and Agustin throw a Halloween party and they dress up in the most hilarious costumes. But when Patrick sees that Richie comes with his ginger boyfriend and Kevin has the nerve to do so as well, it's no strange that Patrick seeing how lonely he is, gets drunk and starts trashing everyone. I can't understand how anyone could be team Kevin when he's a prick like this.

I liked in 'Looking for Sanctuary' (2x09) how we get to see how's Patrick's family and the struggles they have. I liked how after his mom's revelation of wanting to leave his dad, Patrick no longer feels pressured to prove something to his family. I also liked to see Kelli Garner playing his sister and how bitchy she was to him. Now i'm really mad that we won't get to see more of this because this was something that could be more developed and we won't have it.

Another great relationship this show had is Dom and Doris. You can see how much they love each other and how they are practically family in 'Looking for a Plot' (2x07) but also how their co-dependant relationship is not good for them and they face it with maturity and a lot of pain during the finale in 'Looking for a Home' (2x10). Doris is a character that also has grown on me during this season and it sucks that we don't get to see more of them.

About the finale 'Looking for a Home' (2x10), i really liked how Kevin was finally caught in his game and Patrick realises that he was just gonna be another stay in boyfriend while Kevin was messing around. What a selfish prick. Once a cheater always a cheater they say. It really frustrated me how Kevin wanted to force this situation on Patrick without telling him first and i'm glad that presumably, Patrick runs away from all this and visits Richie on his salon. The best way to face a break up is by having a new look, so that's why i assume Patrick is done with Kevin. Let's hope so and in the movie special they bring Patrick and Richie together. They owe us.

And everything nice by Hannah Altman

I love glitter, it's not something i put myself on but i love it on things, it looks more lively, more happy. It's the little things like this that bring a smile to me. Anyway, a 19-year-old student named Hannah Altman has done a series of photographs that "glamourises" by using glitter, "the damaging expectations of female beauty", and the result is quite great.

It kinda reminds me to Christina Aguilera's music video 'Your Body' where she used lots of glitter and lots of pink so imagine if i would like this photoshoot. I think it's a really original and great idea, so let's hope to see more of this young artist.

It's series finale time! (part I)

Most of the shows i'm watching have had seasons finales in the last few weeks, as well as others have ended for good, so i'm going to do a proper catch up. As I haven't seen all of them and others are still airing i'm posting first the ones i've already seen and will do another post when i finish the others, so let's go ahead, there will be spoilers but you know this beforehand.

Broad City (season 2) - One of the biggest
failures of my life is not having achieved that any friend gets to watch this amazeness of a show. Abbi and Ilana are so hilarious and unique, that maybe it's not a show for everyone but damn they're funny. This second season hasn't disappointed and i'm super happy that it's gonna have a third one. Seriously, give it a watch because once you get Abbbi's and Ilana's sense of humour you will find bliss.

Pretty Little Liars (season 5) - it amazes me how this show, as dumb as it might seem, always keeps you wondering and attached to see what's happening. Five seasons and not even once i've though of quitting this show. And that's something big. Anyway, the PLL finale doesn't make sense unless you go around looking for answers (aka spoilers) but 'Pretty Little Liars' is the only show i allow myself to get spoiled, because if not, you don't get anything. And what a finale it had! I won't spoil anything to you but it really explains everything that's been going on and that's great. Can't wait for the next season!

The Comeback (season 2) - I had no idea about this show until it came back this last year, never heard of it and as everyone loved it and i like Lisa Kudrov i gave it a go. I got to admit that i didn't find it as funny as i expected, mostly because i've always felt really sorry about Valerie Cherish. Her obliviousness about Hollywood and her career is something that i've always felt sad about and even in the most ridiculous situations i couldn't laugh about it. Still, the show during its second season got better than the first one (i nearly have quitted the show during that first season because everything was so slow) and it had a really memorable finale that really made you have faith in Valerie Cherish. I thought this was a very interesting show, with highs and lows but good nonetheless. Still, i don't know if there's going to be a third season in a few years with Valerie finally getting her place in a decent show without having to compromise her life, marriage or dignity. That would be nice to watch so we'll see.

Hart of Dixie - I have mixed feelings about this show ending. In one hand i think the series had run its course but damn, this show had such a nice feeling. I always liked watching it because there's not a whole lot of drama and it's funny (though not too funny) so it was nice to watch. I've always liked Rachel Bilson since 'The OC' and despite not being an actress with a lot of ranges she's someone i always like to see and one has to admit she has great comedy skills (she was fantastic in 'The To-Do List'). So this show started really good, through the second season lost a little bit of its freshness, but as it happened with PLL, i never not wanted to keep watching. Despite having some average seasons, this last one has been quite excellent, of course they wrapped all the storylines and coupled everyone up but i'm glad that Zoe ended up with Wade (George was soooo boring) and especially, Lemon with Lavon (finally!). I also loved the finale, yeah, a happy ending for everyone but nothing sad ever happens in Bluebell and the musical number at the end was something cute. I also liked Autum Reeser's cameo making a mini 'The OC' reunion and i even teared up a little bit with the end. It's not easy to make a good-feeling show and this is what precisely 'Hart of Dixie' was. It will be missed.

'Mommy' (2014)

(No Spoilers)
Xavier Dolan is the director of the moment, if you haven't heard of him, i'm sorry but you're completely out of the loop. Anyway, after the amount of good reviews and prestigious awards it has received, i was really looking forward to watch 'Mommy' and i was not disappointed. Sure, when i first finished it, i was like expecting a lot of more with all the hype, but images and especially music moments from the movie kept coming back to my head and i adore that.

The film is full of scenes that have a whole lot of meaning because of the amazing and tastefulness use of the music, Dolan even makes you like a Celine Dion song! And as i love music moments in scenes so much, i had to talk about them here. Even a well-known song like 'Wonderwall' by Oasis sounds more powerful than ever. Also, the three scenes i'm going to post are amazing examples of the feeling This is happiness that i also adore to see so much in movies, even re-watching them i get goose bumps because Dolan creates moments that touch you to the core. This is what the director says about those music moments:

I wanted to have music that made sense for the characters, emotionally speaking. It’s music that would elicit emotion without trying too hard. The music all comes from this mix-tape that’s been given by the father. Steve’s father made a mix-tape based on whatever songs they heard while driving on a road trip in California. The three of them went on this road trip before he died and he made a mix-tape with all the songs from that road trip. That’s what Die explains in that Celine Dion scene. That’s where the songs come from. It’s a way to use music that’s diagetic. It’s not me playing music on the film. It’s music playing in the film. The characters are in sole control of that soundtrack.

As youtube sucks and has deactivated the embed option on some of the scenes, i'm adding just the links, even though 'Colourblind' by Counting Crows is still unlocked, so you can watch them below. These doesn't contain spoilers and give you a great taste of the movie, so be sure to watch them and see the movie, because it's really something else.

'The Little Prince' (2015)

Now this is something cute. Despite of me not being a fan of animated movies (sorrynotsorry) this new adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's most famous work looks really great. I'm a big fan of this book, it transmits all the tenderness and innocence of the world and even though it has some sad parts (my favourite fragment of the book for example) it's a reading that i really enjoy every now and then, because it really gives you a little hope in the world.

The trailer so far looks nice, they have added the story of a little girl being raised to become a successful adult so the discovery of the Petit Prince and its wisdom it's gonna be something refreshing to see. The movie opens this Summer so watch the trailer below:

Bruce Jenner: The interview

$
0
0
There was much anticipation about the Bruce Jenner interview by Diane Sawyer for 20/20. When i first heard  rumours that Bruce Jenner, Olympic champion and most notoriously, Kris Jenner's former husband from the Kardashian klan, was transitioning to become a woman, i didn't believe it, mainly because it came from tabloids. Also, i've seen every episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' and i don't think noone could have ever guessed that. But it turns out all the rumours were true and apart from the obvious surprise, because this came out of nowhere, i felt sorry for him. Not only was he under the scrutiny of the whole world and being chased by the paparazzi but he was also becoming everyone's joke. And that's really sad.

If there's something that i've always admired about Bruce Jenner was how sensible and level-headed he's always been (i'm talking of what i've seen in KUWTK), how he never got carried away by the reality show and if he had to tell that a situation was ridiculous he did (and there was tons of that show). And with that same common sense is how he faced this interview that could have turned him into pieces but his determination and bravery are only something to admire. He puts his soul out there and tells his story and you don't see a person who's confused or has some kind of internal issue, but someone who's always been very aware of what was going on with him and decided to wait in fear of how hurtful this could be to his sons and daughters. One can only watch this interview with a lot of empathy and respect, and you gotta root for Bruce Jenner because he's putting out there a tremendous example for transgenders, for talking so openly about an issue that many have hidden, suffered and keep struggling with it everyday amidst fears of discrimination or abuse, which is awful.

You can watch the Bruce Jenner interview with Diane Sawyer on ABCNews or this low quality video in youtube, but keep an open mind, this man has gone through enough and he's handling everything with a lot of courage and humour, which is something admiring (yeah, i've used the word 'admiring' a lot, but there's no other word to describe it better).

'Avengers: Age of Ultron' (2015)

$

(Spoilerfest)
I really loved 'The Avengers', it's a perfect blockbuster superhero film that is both entertaining and funny so i expected more of that with 'Avengers: Age of Ultron', but well, it's not as great.

'Age of Ultron' is not bad but it's far from the amazeness that was the first movie. The problem is that there's too much action. Yeah, i know this is a superhero movie but so was the first one and it had the perfect amount of battles, but with 'Age of Ultron' there's an overload of those. There's fighting in the beginning (good), fighting in the middle (ok), more fighting in the middle (yawn) and (of course) a lot of fighting towards the end. Both the beginning and the ending are fantastic, the final part of the movie is what really makes up for the rest, but there's an unnecessary amount of fighting scenes and that makes the film boring.

Another sucky thing is the romance plot. There was no need for that or at least, it could have been carried away in a better way than that. So, apparently, all those Clintasha shippers (Clint and Natasha) were wrong and what the Black Widow really wanted was the Hulk (no matter that arrow necklace she wore on 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'). That's not the problem, the problem was the openness of it. Something more subtle alas Mulder and Scully would have been a lot better and less cheesy (the lullaby thing, really?). But well, on the bright side we got to see Black Widow's past and her upbringing to become a Russian spy and those flashbacks were amazing "You still think you're the only monster on the team?" (*heart breaks*). It's so necessary that a Black Widow movie is released but seeing how Marvel doesn't even include her in the merchandise of the movie, we can no longer hope for that.

Another amazing thing of the film were the twins, they were fucking awesome. I expected to see more of them but well, what we got was brilliant. Too bad Quicksilver died so we won't get to see more of him but he was great in all the movie. Scarlett Witch was the absolute scene stealer of the movie (in 'Avengers' it was the Hulk), and i'm so glad that she's now a newbie Avenger.

The revelation of Hawkeye's real life was also nice, something i don't think noone saw coming and it made you root for him. I don't think he was the best part of the movie as many claim but he wasn't the weakest as he uses to be (in my opinion, ofc).

Overall, not everything was bad in 'Age of Ultron' but not equally as great as in 'The Avengers'. Of course all sequels are not up to its predecessors ('The Godfather II', 'Aliens' or 'Before Sunset' are exceptions) but it's also entertaining to see though it has less humor and more action (which is the key of the problem of the movie). But i recommend it to watch with less expectations and a lot of popcorn, the final part is fantastic and saves the whole movie so keep that in mind and have patience while watching it.

Bonus, a trailer made by SNL of a Black Widow movie, see Marvel? it's not that difficult:

MET Costume Institute Gala 2015: China Through the Looking Glass

Surprisingly, this year Met Gala's theme was totally on point for many. That means two things, one, that it was good and nearly everyone tried their best and second that many failed while trying. But that's better than not trying at all and just attempt to look pretty so let's take a look at all the ladies on this year's Met Gala because i think this has been a really good year (finally!). I'm not going to comment on hot messes like Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Anne Hathaway or Madonna (i'm posting though, Dakota Johnson's cute clutch above) but check out all the pretty dresses after the cut!

Personally, i think Fan Bingbing has been the absolute queen at this year's gala

Emily Ratajkowski was second best dressed for me in this elegant TopShop(!?) dress.

Zendaya has me loving and hating her look at the same time but she at least made an effort in Fausto Puglisi.

Kendall Jenner looked great in this Calvin Klein dress, girl has a smokin body.

Shupei Qin was absolutely gorgeous in Tommy Hilfiger, red was the colour of the night, whereas Tang Wei looked exquisite in Burberry.

Alexa Chung looked lovely in Erdem and the shoes are to die for.

Beyonce wore a love it or hate it Givenchy dress that i have to admit i kinda adore but at the same time i'm torn because it kinda looks tacky. But she looked smoking hot anyway.

Solange though went over her head with this Giles that well, it's a mess but props for the originality but Rose Huntington-Whiteley was stunning in this beautiful Atelier Versace.

Karen Elson wore a really fantastic Dolce & Gabbana and the headpiece is also great but somehow i'm not feeling this look.

Rihanna turned heards with this Guo Pei gown and while i adore her headpiece, the rest is kinda too much but better this than look boring.

Sarah Jessica Parker wore an H&M dress that is quite great but the headpiece, hmm, i'm not feeling it. Kuddos for always going one step forward though.

Naomi Campbell looked quite great in Burberry, girl doesn't age, while Cassie and P.Diddy wore Zuhair Murad.

Kim Kardashian West was wearing Roberto Cavalli and while i don't think this was flattering on her, the back of the dress was beautiful (above, next to J.Lo)

Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen wore vintage Dior and John Galliano and out of the two, i liked  Ashley a lot better. Meanwhile Lorde wore Calvin Klein and didn't look bad.

Vanessa Hudgens was ok in this H&M dress, not bad but well, nothing stunning.

Claire Danes looked dramatic but great in Valentino & i really loved this J.Mendel dress on Olivia Munn.

Joan Smalls was also one of my faves of the night in this stunning Roberto Cavalli dress while the trio Brie Larson, Courtney Eaton & Annabelle Wallis wore gorgeous Dolce & Gabbana dresses and headpieces.

Kate Hudson was also stunning in Michael Kors & Rita Ora didn't look bad in Tom Ford.

Helen Mirren looked really elegant in this red Dolce & Gabbana while Selena Gomez looked like a beautiful swan in Vera Wang but maybe not theme appropriate.

Jennifer Lawrence looked nice in this Dior but so not on theme for the gala.

Emma Roberts looked nice but kinda boring in Ralph Lauren & Amanda Seyfried was quite great in Givenchy.

(missing captions will be updated later)

Lily Aldridge looked stunning in Carolina Herrera. And finally Amal Alamuddin looked gorgeous in this Maison Margiela.

Top 10 Movie Theatres around the World

$
0
0
This list is so fantastic that i had to post it here. It's a top 10 of the best movie theatres around the world and some are really astonishing. From cinemas with beds instead of seats, to outdoor screens or drive-in theatres, i got to admit that i would die to watch a favourite movie on any of these (well, maybe not in a cinema like number 6 but well). Anyway, take a look at all these marvellous places because it has to be a pleasure be in one of them. The full list after the cut!

1. Hollywood Studios California
This drive-in theatre gives nostalgia feels at all those classic drive-ins i saw in movies. Despite the original source claiming it's located in California, another source says it's really Disney World's Sci-fi Dine-In theatre, but anyway, it's a really great place. I've never been to one these drive-in theatres so one outdoors would be my dream movie date.

2. Olympia Music Hall, France.
Now this theatre is like watching a movie at home from bed. I don't know if it's really comfortable, or if it may cause some snores while watching the movie, but it is really original and it must be an experience.

3. Pula Arena, Croatia.
This is really astonishing, being in such an iconic place watching a classic movie has to be a pleasure. Imagine watching 'Ben-hur' there or 'Gladiator'. A total pleasure.

4. The Odyssey, France.
I'm guessing this is a special screening of 'Life of Pi' but i might be wrong. This has to be also a really great experience, and even in 3D, which i'm not really fond of but the occasion is really worth it.

5. Electric Cinema, England.
This looks like a deluxe theatre, super comfortable and even with an old school vibe. This has to be a great place to watch some old Hollywood movies.

6. Hot Tub Cinema, England.
This one must be fun but not really my cup of tea. It looks more like a party with a film playing on the background but i would also go and watch a movie there, just to try something different.

7. Transatlantyk Festival, Poland.
Now this is my cup of tea. There's nothing better than watching movies in bed, and unlike cinema number 2, this is a more private experience and something more comfy. Definitely one of my faves from the list.

8. Film on the Rocks, United States.
Just like cinema number 3, this has to be really amazing and even with such a large crowd. It looks more like a stage for a band but anyway it has to be something unique.

9. Orange Cinema Club, China.
This doesn't look any close to the amazeness that are all the other theatres from the list but it might be also cool. Still, i would have put this on number 10.

10. Ugc de Brouckere Grand Eldorado, Belgium.
Because number 10 looks more astonishing than number 9. Despite being only a theatre with a really great setting, i'd rather watch a screening here than in the Orange Cinema Club. But who am i kidding? i would love to go to any of these theatres so choose your favourite and let me know.

Britney Spears & Iggy Azalea 'Pretty Girls'

I was really expecting the 'Pretty Girls' music video, Britney Spears' collaboration with Iggy Azalea, because the song is as catchy as it can be and with those lyrics, it had to be something fun. And it is. Some are complaining about the video but 'Pretty Girls' is a silly pop song, with dumb lyrics, so the vid had to be as ridiculous as it is.

Located in the 80s (that's a win with me), every single thing on the video is so absurd it's fabulous. It kinda gave me 'Clueless' and 'Barbie Girl' vibes and even though the cellphone part is some obvious heavy advertisement, the rest is simply fantastic. Enjoy this video as what it is, something bubbly, fun and silly, like bees to the honey because "We're just so pretty!"

Bar Luce by Wes Anderson

I die. Wes Anderson has exclusively designed a cafe as part of Prada's Fondazione Prada in Milan's recently opened art and cultural centre and it's a totally gorgeous place.

Anderson is known for it's pretty and cool aesthetics on his movies so no wonder Bar Luce was going to be such a great place for all those dreamy Wes Anderson's fans. From the jukebox, the 'Life Acuatic' pinball machine, to the pretty design of the chairs, sofas and floors, and the detailed Bar Luce signature on every dish and uniform, the director has described this cafe as "the perfect place to write a movie", and it definitely is.

If i ever travel to Milano, which i've never visited yet, don't ever doubt that i'm visiting this cafe and taking tons of pictures as the ones i'm posting below from instagram users, it couldn't be a more dreamy place to have a cafe and spend a nice afternoon with friends. It's series finale time! (part II)

It's already time to discuss all the other seasons finales that i've seen from shows that i needed to catch up or have had finales recently, so just like i did before with 'Broad City', 'The Comeback', 'Pretty Little Liars' and 'Hart of Dixie', let's do some recap. Spoilers aheaaaaad!

New Girl (season 3) - I can't understand how this show has been renewed for yet another season. I like it, but i think it has lost its freshness. I actually only watched it when i had nothing else left to see. Still, the finale was a really great episode and with really interesting things coming ahead (they linked Schmidt's proposal to the first season so that made me excited about it, and also, Jess and Nick again). I think this season has been really weak and most episodes are disposable but maybe in season 4 (probably its last) they will get the show back to how funny and cool it was and wrap it up in a nice way.

Barely Famous (season 1) - Now this was a nice surprise. I heard from this new show from a friend and also because of the amount of celebs appearing on it and little did i expect this show to be this good. I mean, it's nice as a comedy but as a reality show - what it pretends, it's really genius. I liked Sarah Foster on '90210', she really does great playing bitch so she was great on this. This show is such a great parody of reality shows and Hollywood that even if you don't watch them you will love 'Barely Famous'. Give it a watch because it's really a funny, witty, guilty pleasure.

Cougar Town (series finale!) - Even though this show needed to end, i'm going to miss this bunch of weirdos. It is hard at first to get hooked on this show, the characters are very particular and everyone has their own sense of humour, but once you do, it's fantastic. And it's a grower. Maybe the last season was its worst, but i really recommend this show. Their love for drinking wine at all hours, their changes in the meaning of words ("Change approved!"), Ellie mocking Laurie always, Laurie's amazing stories about her life, Bobby's penny can, Bobby's and Andy's bromance,  Tom's creepy but kinda adorable ways, Jules' collection of big glasses that 'passed away' during the seasons... Everything was funny, witty, and made you feel good when watching it. It's a kinda underrated sitcom so that's a shame but it ended in a super nice way and had a great finale.

Grey's Anatomy (season 11) - This season has passed quite fast for me, i didn't realize it was close to the end until the very end. But so far it was interesting with the case of Nicole Herman (played by the flawless Geena Davis), the loss of April's and Avery's baby (i liked that how he reacted to her during the finale because everything was all about her and never him) or Meredith's and Alex's closeness. But the stellar plot has been, in fact, Meredith and Derek. His death was unexpected, and the way it happened was so sad, all alone in a hospital far from home, that it was good old Grey's. It was up to the greatness of some of the first seasons' finales and the carousel scene, played over and over on Meredith's mind, was very on point. I like 'Grey's Anatomy' because they always link everything to the past, and there's never a loose end. I expected though, that they would mention Cristina at some point, because you know she would have been there like a rock besides Mer if she was still on the show. But well, i'm glad that there's another season coming. Maybe it should be its last, but they keep making things so good i won't complain if there are more.

'Scream Queens' trailer

This looks so good i can't even. The 'Scream Queens' trailer is out and it looks bananas. Set in a sorority and with the ultimate scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis, the show is filled with celebs and young actors like Abigail Breslin, Lea Michele, Diego Boneta, Keke Palmer, Nick Jonas or Ariana Grande, but the real star of the series, besides Mrs. Curtis, it's gonna be Emma Roberts.

I can't even explain how much i adore Emma Roberts, ever since 'Wild Child' where she was already playing this bitchy character she does so great, and in 'American Horror Story: Coven' she became a queen. Many will say she doesn't have a range and can only play these type of characters, but they should watch 'Palo Alto' to speak properly about her acting. But, enough with my love for her, the show looks like my perfect cup of tea for a guilty pleasure, and as i'm done with 'American Horror Story' because Jessica Lange is out and Lady Gaga is in (WTF), i can't wait to watch this hot mess:

No more 'The Little Mermaid' with Sofia Coppola

So the news are out and Sofia Coppola has dropped out of 'The Little Mermaid' over creative differences. And it's a shame. Sure, i wasn't too excited about this project at first, a live-action version of the famous Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale, but it made sense that someone with the sensitivity and the ability to create beautiful scenes like Coppola would direct it. I was already imaging Elle Fanning as the lead. But it's precisely because of that she has exited the project (not because of Fanning though).

According to insiders, Sofia Coppola wanted newcomer Maya Thurman Hawke (daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke) to play the lead role of Ariel but the studios wanted a more famous name to star in the movie, like Chloe Grace Moretz or Hailee Stenfield. And good for Sofia for not giving in. Studio execs, probably cared more about making the movie more profitable while Coppola wasn't clearly thinking about that and was more concerned with the quality of the movie she imagined, so that's something really great but sad, as her version of the fairy tale could have been beautiful.

So now, it's time to wait for Sofia Coppola to get attached to another project, it's been only two years since 'The Bling Ring' so let's be patience and let's hope she finds something she can direct with all her heart on it. And what about 16 year old Maya Thurman Hawke? Is she a rising newcomer? Let's hope so as she has inherited her mother's beauty and probably her parents' talent.

Introducing Caitlyn Jenner

Yesterday Caitlyn Jenner broke the internet. And you might ask, Caitlyn who? I even wondered who she was when i saw the Vanity Fair cover for the very first time. Until i realized that we're talking about the woman formerly known as Bruce Jenner.

I have a soft spot for Jenner, i think everyone does now especially after seeing how openly she talked about her transition on the Barbara Walters interview, and how she did it with such grace and bravery, one cannot hate on this. Because it isn't right. Of course it's shocking to see America's best athlete turning into a woman but she has already gave up enough. And she's very clear about it:

“If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, ‘You just blew your entire life. You never dealt with yourself,’ and I don’t want that to happen.”

This is inspiring. Not only for transgenders or anyone dealing with emotional issues, everyone should be whoever they want to be, no matter their race, sex or age. So that's why i'm posting the fabulous Vanity Fair spread by Annie Leibovitz because it's done with a lot of class, dignity and fierceness, she can really rock a pair of stilettos! I'm super happy for Jenner because she can be free now. Welcome Caitlyn.

Heavenly Creatures

"There's something dangerous about the boredom of teenage girls."

This is what the tumblr where i got this collage from said about the girls portrayed in those films. And it is true, boredom can be dangerous and in the case of all these girls, these heavenly creatures as i like to call them, is something fatal sometimes. These girls have in common a different view of things, sometimes not a real vision of life, often creating their own worlds using their imagination to invent a new reality and distorting things. So that's why i decided to go in depth with it, and especially after watching 'Perfect Sisters' (2014) which is a a modern day version of the Peter Jackson movie, to analyse what was in the minds of these characters, real people in some cases, and try to understand their worlds.

Check them all after the cut!
(Spoilers!!!)

Heavenly Creatures (1994)
  • Director: Peter Jackson.
  • Heavenly creatures: Pauline and Juliet (Melanie Lynskey and Kate Winslet).
  • Plot: Based on the notorious 1954 murder case where two teenage girls aged 14 and 15 plotted to murder Pauline's mother as she wanted to separate them over their obsessive relationship.
  • Why are they Heavenly Creatures: They created a fantasy world of their own and built an unhealthy friendship that led them to brutally murder the mother of one of them in order to remain together. Their obsession went beyond life and death and when arrested, they were separated forever as the condition for them to be released from prison, once they served their time, was to never meet again.
This movie makes a really great portrayal of the minds of these two teenage girls who caused a commotion in New Zealand and also served as the screen debut of Kate Winslet at 19-years-old.

The Virgin Suicides (1999)
  • Director: Sofia Coppola.
  • Heavenly creatures: The Lisbon sisters Lux, Cecilia, Therese, Bonnie and Marie (Kirsten Dunst, Hanna Hall, Leslie Hayman, Chelsea Swain and A.J. Cook).
  • Plot: Based on the Jeffrey Eugenides novel, tells the story of how five sisters turn to suicide as their only path to freedom.
  • Why are they Heavenly Creatures: Forced by their mother to remain isolated from the world and from everyone else, and after the suicide of their youngest sister Cecilia, they start to day dream with fantasy trips far away from everything and their parents. They start to exchange music calls with the boys of their neighbourhood in order to escape from their prison home, but they finally follow her sister's footsteps to end their lives of home confinement.
Coppola's adaptation of the novel couldn't be any more accurate. She creates the whole mood the book reflects, the suffocation they feel being so young and with their lives ahead and the plotting of planning a trip with the boys to runaway that only served to escape in their minds as they put an end to their lives.

Spring Breakers (2013)
  • Director: Harmony Korine
  • Heavenly Creatures: Faith, Brit, Candy and Cotty (Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, Vanessa Hudgens and Rachel Korine).
  • Plot: Four little chickens who travel to Florida to enjoy spring break and get immersed into a world of drugs, guns and crime.
  • Why are they Heavenly Creatures: They go on vacation in order to get out of their boring lives during college, and their fantasy soon turns into a dangerous world in which it's not clear if they really can tell what's real or not. With the exception of Faith who returns home once she sees in what they're getting into, the three other spring breakers decide to live their trip to the most, or at least we see an unrealistic (i think) fantasy of what they are experiencing.
This modern day masterpiece that is not praised as it should, does a really great portrayal of how today's youth has grown up with MTV and the influence media has had on their expectations in life. Read more about the analysis that can be made of the film here.

Twin Peaks - Fire Walk With Me (1992)
  • Director: David Lynch.
  • Heavenly Creature: Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee).
  • Plot: The prologue of the 'Twin Peaks' series follows the last seven days of Laura Palmer before finding her dead body wrapped in plastic.
  • Why is she a Heavenly Creature: does the enigmatic figure of Laura Palmer need any explanation of why she's a perfect fit in this category? The Prom Queen led a double life of volunteering and being the town's poster girl to do drugs, prostitution and anything sordid you could do in a small town like Twin Peaks. "And the angels won't save you, because they've all gone away".
This movie is really underrated from all those people who are not really Lynch lovers and only liked 'Twin Peaks'. Those were expecting the film to be similar to the show but it was nothing like it because Laura Palner's life was darker than that. Completely and unfairly underrated.

Cracks (2009)
  • Director: Jordan Scott.
  • Heavenly Creatures: boarding school girls Di (Juno Temple), Fiamma (María Valverde), Poppy (Imogen Poots) and the rest of the girls.
  • Plot: Di is obsessed with her young teacher Miss G. (played by Evan Green). When Fiamma, a new student arrives, Miss G. becomes besotted by her and even molests her when the girl is drunk. This event and some lies by the teacher will lead to a tragic ending.
  • Why are they Heavenly Creatures: The girls have a really toxic and obsessive relationship with their mentor Miss G. and when she tells them that Fiamma tried to seduce her (when it was her who molested the young girl while intoxicated)  jealousy will make Di and the rest to beat her up until Fiamma starts having an asthma attack; but Miss G., who has witnessed all the fight, will leave her to die.
This movie is not particularly from my favourites but it was nice to watch. The devotion to these girls to their mentor is insane as well as Miss G.'s ways with them and everything is vicious and the actresses are all really good. Got to give it a second watch sometime soon.

Stoker (2013)
  • Director: Chan Wook-Park.
  • Heavenly Creature: India Stoker (Mia Wasikowska).
  • Plot: The sudden arrival of uncle Richard after India's beloved father passes away, turns her world around when she both feels attracted and intrigued by him.
  • Why is she a Heavenly Creature: India knows there's something wrong with her. Soon she discovers that murder is in her nature, she even gets turned on by the killing of a young guy she seduced, and she accepts its and embraces her true nature. It runs in the family.
This movie was good. Sure people expected more from Wook-Park but i really liked it. It's a strange movie, with strange characters and an intriguing plot. India is totally Heavenly Creature as she can't help it, it's in her blood.

Lolita (1997)
  • Director: Adrian Lyne
  • Heavenly Creature: Lo, Dolly, Dolores, Lo-li-ta (Dominique Swain).
  • Plot: The famous and polemic Nabokov's novel doesn't need an introduction. In Lyne's movie adaptation we get to see a less censured version of 'Lolita' than Kubrick did in 1962 for obvious reasons.
  • Why is she a Heavenly Creature: Lolita is a 12-year-old girl that knows her way with men. Actually, she manipulates them to get what she wants and eventually drives Humbert Humbert crazy. Her apparent innocence mixed with that peevishly old soul is what makes Lolita so intriguing and fascinating to Humbert's eyes.
I liked this modern version as it's more faithful to the book as Kubrick had to censor many of the novel's hot stuff due to the time and age he filmed it. Even though i did not completely like Swain's portrayal of the famous girl (not much her acting but how the character was carried sometimes), i have to admit that Jeremy Irons did great as the infatuated professor, and the uncensored version was more complete.

Perfect Sisters (2014)
  • Director: Stanley M. Brooks.
  • Heavenly Creatures: Sisters Sandra and Beth Andersen (Abigail Breslin and Georgie Henley).
  • Plot: Based on true events, two sisters are fed up by their drunken mother (Mia Sorvino) and her abusive boyfriends, so they decide to end her life and therefore inherit her insurance money.
  • Why are they Heavenly Creatures: Sandra and Beth have created their own memories in order to escape from their tumultuous lives because of their alcoholic mother until they can no longer hold it on and decide to kill her making the police believe it's an accident. They will become the modern version of both Pauline and Juliet ('Heavenly Creatures' 1994) and it will be their bragging about their crime in highschool what will get them arrested and separated forever.
History repeats itself and yet we have another two girls murdering their mother. I didn't expect much from this film and despite not being anything great, it is really entertaining and not bad at all. Also, we get to see another modern version of these creatures besides the spring breakers, and how they're influenced by the media, music, television and popularity.

So, what other Heavenly Creatures would you include?

'Game of Thrones' season 5

(A dance of spoilers!)
What a season, what a season. Many say that s5 has been weak, slow and not as good as the other ones but i highly disagree. A lot happened. Everything happened. So that's why i'm making a list (more or less in chronological order) of the biggest events that have happened during this season. Many are from the absolute stunning season finale but as you will see there has happened a lot before. Let's begin after the cut!

We start with such an amazing opening for this season withThe Wars to Come (5x01) and Cersei's flashback scene to her childhood. That was amazing. Not only what she was told turned out to be real but also how great was the young actress playing Cersei? She totally nailed it. This is probably one of my favourite scenes from the season because it was so creepy and yet so true. In fact, a younger and more beautiful queen took everything from her and of course she couldn't leave things like that though she makes a bad turn and ends up incarcerated as well. But we all enjoyed that moment and how Maragery threw shade at her.

Mance's death on the season premiereThe Wars to Come (5x01) was also another big moment. Mance got sentenced to death burning in flames by Stannis (he does like fire) but with the luck of having Jon Snow putting an arrow into his heart to release him from such a painful death. I started to like Jon Snow a bit better after this, of course that couldn't last long but it was really honorable and he gained all my respects.

Another ending scene that was nail-biting was Kill the Boy (5x05)'s final scene where Tyrion and Jorah enter the ruins of Old Valyria and they got attacked by the Stone Men with Jorah getting a first sign of gresyscale on his hand. As if he didn't have it difficult enough. Not only he's forever friendzoned by Daenerys but he gets exiled from Mereen. But thanks to him we got the new allegiance Daenerys-Tyrion that, i'm guessing will end up in marriage as her other two suitors cannot marry her for not having a higher position.

Sansa got married again inUnbowed, Unbent, Unbroken (5x06) and we all know what she got coming. Little did Sansa know that Tyrion Lannister would be her best husband to date. I never really expected for her to be deflowered like that, in a scene like that, so awfully painful. The whole moment was horrid to watch because you felt bad for her and she even had a witness to that brutal moment. Ramsay is a psycho and let's hope he has a long painful death.

Another key scene of this season was when Stannis goes crazy in The Dance with Dragons (5x09) and burns his only living daughter Shireen in order to conquer Winterfell. Noone saw that coming, in fact, some episodes earlier he finally acknowledged her as his daughter, thing that he never had done before turning out to be a really sweet moment. So all this was really horrid to watch because we all liked little princess Shireen. Also, it was nice to see that her mom wasn't all that crazy in the end and she tried to save her from the fire.

Jon Snow rescuing the wildlings or at least a few of them was an epic ending scene for the Hardhome (5x08) because of reasons. It put to shame any zombie movie or tv show out there because it was just so terrifying and nerve wrecking. And not only the chasing and nearly death of Jon Snow but also the very ending, with the Wildling Elders bringing back to live all those who they have killed and adding them to their enormous army. It's a lost battle and it must be so scary to think you can die and turn into one of them. Fucking epic scene.

Another ending scene that was superb, and probably the best scene out of season 5, was the ending of, of course, The Dance with Dragons (5x09), where Khaleesi reopens the fighting pits and she gets ambushed by the Sons of the Harpy. The whole scene, starting with Ser Jorah noticing everything quickly and saving Daenerys was amazing, followed by the whole scene of them fighting against a multitude until Drogon comes to mommy's rescue and they (amazingly) fly away. That was so amazing to watch, such an awesome scene.

And now we come to the very ending episode that was Mother's Mercy (5x10)– Take note how much has happened before this episode (for those who say nothing happened this season until the last ep.). Where do i begin? First we got the sad ending for Myrcella, such a precious princess that was in fact living her fairytale dream (everything that Sansa wished and didn't have). It was refreshing to see someone getting a happy ending but Ellaria and the Sand Snakes couldn't just let it go and poisoned her right when she accepted Jamie as her father. That was really sad for her and especially for him, because he got the guts to come clean to his niece/daughter and received the response he had always wished. Not even the Lannisters can be happy.

And talking about Lannisters, what do you tell me about Cersei's walk of atonement? Even though we all love to hate her, that was torture for her. You could only feel sorry for her because it was so shameful ("Shame, shame!") and so embarrassing for Cersei that i liked how she only broke down once she arrived home. Another great moment that will not easily be forgotten by her.

One that mayyybe has a happy ending after all (fingers crossed) is Sansa. She almost got killed by Myranda (Ramsay's bitch) but Theon finally came to his senses and saved her by pushing the whore down a balcony. After coming clean with his secret of not having killed off Sansa's youngest brothers, and by helping her escape, let's hope Theon makes amends and takes care of my precious girl. She has gone through enough.

Another Stark girl who didn't have as much luck was Arya. She surely killed the first person on his list, Meryn Trant, in a scene that we were all expecting but we all got surprised about it. But she got punished for stealing from the May Faced God and ended up blind, which was kinda traumatic, like the rest of scenes she had during this episode. But she was fucking pierce until that.

And what about Stannis getting abandoned by the majority of his army and most important of all, by Melissandre? What a coward fake witch she turned out to be. Let's hope Brienne de Tarth is well and she has indeed ended with Stannis' life. Or at least she's not dead as we didn't see what really happened. So many loose ends for next season!

And now, let's talk about Jon Snow. I didn't see that coming in a thousand years. I really thought, as many others, that he was a key element of the story as many say that he was not Ned Stark's son but his sister's Lyanna's baby that she had with Rhaegar Targaryen and Eddard accepted him as his bastard to protect his sister and the kid. That was a really amazing theory but it's all useless now. Anyway, his death was so unexpected to me that i can't quite believe it. I think we we're all expecting for something to happen in that last shot, or even that he came back to live as one of those wildling creatures but nothing. But i kinda know something that will happen or not on the next season, as the actor has confirmed to EW, so read that for some semi-spoilers. But it was a perfect ending for a really decent season that, as you see, was filled with lots of plot twists, deaths and agony.

Bitch I'm Madonna

As many of you know, Madonna has released the music video of her third single from her new album 'Rebel Heart'. 'Bitch I'm Madonna' is an instant hit, it must be her best song of the album and i'm my opinion she should have released this track as the first single but well, better late than never.

The video... Well, lots of cameos by famous people (the Jon Kortajarena cameo is mint) but all aside, is ok. I expected more from this vid and it reminds you to the performance she made singing this song in The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon that was amazing, and the music video is totally the same idea though live and the result is way better. That live performance is no longer on youtube, i'm assuming since it's because it's so similar to the actual music video they removed it, but you can watch it in daily motion, so watch the vid, the Jimmy Fallon performance below, and bonus, Madonna, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots covering her old hit 'Holiday' that it's amazing, such a funny and cool cover that you can also watch below, so enjoy the Madonna fest:

'Orange is the New Black' season 3

So, the third season of 'Orange is the New Black' was fully available on Netflix two weeks ago and i was really waiting for it, despite the second season being a little meh for me. Anyway, i started watching it and the first episodes were kinda dull, it was nice but nothing as great as the perfection that season 1 was until you continue watching and then... wow. It catches you barely without knowing it, and then you can only binge-watch the whole thing until it's over. And damn i finished those last eps fast.

(Spoilers!)

The third season picks up right where it was left (a 'Previously on Oitnb' would had been nice), so that's why at first it's not really entertaining or doesn't keep you guessing what's gonna happen. But a few interesting things happen on S3 that are quite great. First, the thing that really strikes you is that they make you like characters that you loathed before. Well, not maybe loathe but definitely didn't like. Characters like Pennsatucky who was the devil on S1, but here we see her backstory and her plot turns out to be quite heartbreaking; teaming her up with Boo was also something really nice as i didn't really like her either but she took good care of her and it was super sweet.

Another one who i got myself surprised liking was Soso. Sure she was annoying last season but here she spoke up her mind and even though she got it rough, as she was bullied by Leanne and everyone turned her back on her provoking her suicide attempt, she finally ended up well and being accepted by Poussey, Taystee and co. and she got what she really wanted: friends.

Alex Vause, was another one who i didn't think i would ever like, but my disgust for Piper was so great that i couldn't but feel for the Vause. But what happened to her?

Caputo was another one, as we see his backstory and feel sorry for him for being the eternal loser for doing things right. But well, he made up his mind about that towards the end and started to think more about his check than for his original passion that it was the well-being of the inmates.

Apart from these new found love for certain characters, this season has been filled with more heartfelt stories than ever, like the one with Pennsatucky as i've already mentioned, or the one about Maria, a minor character for now, but we saw how her babydaddy wasn't going to bring their daughter to prison anymore so she couldn't see her baby until she was out and her pain and acceptance of that.

Also, Burset had it really tough this season, as she got in a fight with Gloria and practically the rest of the inmates turned her back on her. She even was brutally attacked in the most hurtful way they could. Noone stood up for her and it was really sad as she never had problems with anyone and she hadn't really done anything wrong.

Daya also had it really complicated though she started off really good by getting engaged with Bennett as the birth of their baby girl was approaching, but she found herself abandoned by him (he literally flew off the map), and she also found out that her mother tried to sell her baby to Pornstache's mom, no less. But she finally made up her mind about her baby and kept it and kinda reconciled with Aleida.

One story that really had a happy ending was Morello's love story with her penpal Vicent Muccio that ended up in a wedding (as she always wished for!). Sure she went through numerous pen dates but the ceremony was really emotive, despite being married in prison, and her saying the lyrics of Foreigner's song 'I Wanna Know What Love Is' as her vows was something beautiful.

And while some things have changed for better (still i wanted to see more of Maritza or Williams), others still the same or worse, like Piper. Fucking Piper. You love to hate on her but damn she's working on it. First she cheats on Alex when she most needed her, just because she was paranoid about everyone and wasn't as lovely needy as Piper wanted. And now she thinks she's super gangsta with her dirty panty business and she kinda is at the end because she fucked over another character that i love to hate now that it's newbie Ruby Rose. I simply never dig her or didn't get the fuss about her (everyone in tumblr is drooling over her), but well, thanks to Piper we're gonna see her more in the next season.

As for the finale episode... it was the best one from the season. The epic scene of all the inmates running through the open fence to the lake nearby was so liberating, so amazing that i got a lump in my throat because it was simply beautiful, a moment of complete freedom for them that it hit you hard. It was by far the best scene of the whole show, it made you emotional just like it was for the characters, it made you tear up a bit and feel as happy as them, and it was epic, precious and an absolute 'This is happiness' moment. I could go on and on about this scene because it's stuck in my head but as you have seen it, you know what i'm talking about.

As for what's coming, it looks promising, with celebrity Judy King coming to Litchfield, Ruby Rose not getting out and Piper all gangsta now, so bring me season 4 already because i want Muccio more of this show.
